Bill started with Neenah in early 2004 to help to prepare the company for its November spin-off from Kimberly-Clark and its initial public stock and bond offerings. In addition to Investor Relations, Bill’s responsibilities at Neenah included financial planning and analysis, strategic planning and corporate business development/M&A.
Prior to joining Neenah, Bill worked for Kimberly-Clark Corporation in various financial roles. From 1995-2003, Bill was Senior Director of Finance for the company’s Latin American Operations, with responsibility for all financial activities including analysis, accounting and reporting, treasury, and tax. During this time, he helped complete more than 25 acquisitions and/or joint ventures that resulted in Kimberly Clark’s leading position in this region. Bill also has worked as Financial Manager/Controller at one of K-C’s large consumer products mills and has held numerous other staff and business unit financial roles. Bill started in Kimberly-Clark in the Internal Audit department.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and also holds a Master of Business Administration, with emphasis in accounting, from California State University-Fullerton. Bill and his wife live in Milton, GA, have three children, and perform together in a rock band in their spare time.
