2024 NIRI Atlanta Chapter Sponsorship Packages

Presenting sponsor: $5000 – includes the following:

I. Program/Chapter Sponsorship
- Acknowledged and identified as a sponsor in invitations, reminders and announcements in all regular program meetings
- Company logo posted on the NIRI Atlanta Website for the entire year
- Post Banner or signage at all events (as so desired by company sponsor)
- List of attendees provided for requested meetings

II. Annual NIRI South East Region Conference
- Signage and booth (table) in Exhibitor / conference room
- Logo projection on screen in auditorium
- Name recognition read at podium with an opportunity to provide a two-minute company overview
- Logo on electronic conference invitations and program
- Free admission for 2 company representatives, including evening events

III. Annual Golf Tournament
- One foursome
- Logo on tournament banner and website
- One hole or tee sponsorship
- Opportunity to provide raffle item

IV. Annual CEO Dinner
- Logo on electronic invitation and program
- Free admission for 1 company representative

V. NIRI in the Neighborhood
- Opportunity to participate in one NIRI in the Neighborhood meeting with another SE chapter

Gold sponsor: $2500 – Includes the Program/Chapter sponsor package above, the annual golf tournament and the Annual CEO dinner (with company representative limitations)

Silver Sponsor - $1000 – Includes the Program/Chapter sponsor package above OR the golf tournament (Corporates are encouraged to purchase a foursome)

Admission — $1,500 per person, limit 2 (if not a presenting sponsor or industry practitioner)

Includes Vendor Showcase Booth (table) and access to all events including evening reception

Event Sponsorships – $2,500 per item

3. Lunch (limit 1)

Includes:

Exclusive title sponsorship at one of the above events; full banner signage at event
Opportunity to provide brochures/favors at tables
Listing on conference website (including logo, 50-word company description, contact information, and link to website)

1. Conference Bag (limit 1) – Prominent logo placement as exclusive sponsor
2. Badge Holder (limit 1) - Prominent logo placement as exclusive sponsor
